The finalists from our 7 categories are now being pitted against one another to determine an overall winner for Best Building of 2014!

Commercial: Delta Toronto Hotel (Southcore Financial Centre) (won with 49.51% of vote)
Institutional: Aga Khan Museum and Ismaili Centre (Museum component) (won with 41.18% of vote)
Mid-rise residential, 5-7 storeys: Hive Lofts (won with 49.09% of vote)
Mid-rise residential, 8-12 storeys: Fashion House (won with 36.51% of vote)
High-rise residential, Complexes: Waterlink at Pier 27 (won with 48.78% of vote)
High-rise residential, 14-31 storeys: Ivory on Adelaide (won with 38.67% of vote)
High-rise residential, 32-78 storeys: L Tower (won with 55.10% of vote)
