That sounds extreme, I'm sure most of them bought at an excellent price -- must be some serious mess up!

50 deals ? one purchaser or multiple purchasers ? Will this translate to delay occupancy interim closing or extend the occupancy duration that ends up with more phantom rental payments ?

I was looking at previous projects they have completed. Takes them about three or four years to complete a project comparable to this one. By that research, it seems like they should be ready for occupancy early next year. Guess it is optimistic for end of the year. Currently have a client looking at an 11th floor unit, but he wants to be in there by the end of spring 2014. I think its doable. Anyone have any thoughts about occupancy and if this sounds reasonable?
