Purchase Agreement is ready for signing. However, the builder will not honour the ICA. :mad:
 
So what are they offering in the Purchase and Sale Agreement (locker/parking still included)? How much more are they asking per sqft? also, will those who signed the ICA and paid the deposit get priority in signing the Purchase and Sale Agreement? Or are they re-releasing EVERYTHING to the public ignoring the ICA that was signed?
 
Parking is included but not the locker. Price per sqft is about $460 and up. Yes, they are ignoring the ICA.
 
so are they going to return the deposit that was provided when investors signed the ICA? if so, when will they be returning the deposits?
 
don't think they are out yet....many are still waiting...website has not been updated since December...
 
mm hmm....as far as i know....something's not right here...and i believe they are a first-time builder...
