So... apparently, there will be a delay to this project :( we got the firm occupancy date, with PDI to be booked soon, but it seems like this entire project will be delayed..

Yes,... both P1 Levels in Menkes Gibson Square and Sorbara Beacon are for Public Parking so open to everyone,... thus pedestrians from other condos can walk through
