Now Menkes announced 200 townhouses for this site, will be called Dwell City Towns. It is nice to see low-rises are coming around GTA, especially hi-rises have been developing everywhere!

Forums: Please change threat name to Dwell Towns (427 & Rathburn, Menkes, ??).

Project was launched a couple of weekends ago....starting at approx. $328/sq.ft.
Finishes were nice if you were buying the larger units...laminate kitchen counter tops are standard but promo for the launch was "free granite kitchen counter top upgrade"
