I think the buildings are distinguished by the letter J & K, not sure about if they will be marketed as Signature 1 & 2.

Yep, the photo was taken from Uptown Markham. On another note, the construction hoarding murals have been complete and are on display. Voting won't begin until the 24th of September however.

It looks like a new 12-storey office building is going ahead and that Remington already have an anchor tenant:

Good to see the plan continue to evolve. It's interesting to see how they plan to eventually convert the parking lot to a more urban style. It will be interesting to see how long the parking lot lasts, as well.

Doesn't look like there will be much surface parking in the future, though you can see at least 3 above-ground parking garages planned for the long term. Hopefully one or two can be redeveloped into more office/retail space.

Looks like they are starting construction on the office building, they had cleared the brush off the site this morning. Glass and final exterior cladding is finally going up on the ciniplex as well. they are really, really, really taking their time with it.
