I wonder how much longer before the No Frills opens on Shuter. They didn't take too long with the Esplanade location once they started.

For those asking about the Shuter No Frills, I don't have an opening date just yet, but can confirm hiring of managers/dept heads is ongoing this week, likely into next. So it shouldn't be too long now.

The Shuter Street No Frills is well underway. There’s refrigeration equipment being installed and several window panels removed, either for equipment loading or new blank walls (rather than just window film.) The sidewalk is partially blocked off for construction work.

The No Frills Cliffcrest opened this morning at 8 AM. I was there at 6 AM to grab some photos, returned at 9 AM and it was mobbed with shoppers. WOW!
The last grocery store in this plaza closed almost 17 years ago.

Haven’t taken any photos of the interior but I’ve been watching 2 maybe 3 workers, max, consistently toiling away these last few months.
