Is it correct to say Metrolinx's culture of transparency is far worse than TTC? I heard that the TTC was sharing quite a lot of technical details and construction updates when constructing the line 1 extension to Vaughn.

Since Metrolinx is building so much transit, really hoping they step up their communication game.

It's far, far worse. And that culture (of secrecy at Metrolinx) is very top down.

Why not? Its a very significant project in dollars, less significant projects have their own thread. Seems like a plan, go for it!

Motivated by @Northern Light, I've created a thread for the "Scarborough Busway". The TTC's page for the Environmental Project Report for this project is here and the main project page is here. Removal of the former Scarborough RT track has started. Pictures below from Damian W.K. Baranowski.
