They had a few likable projects like Phoebe, London on the Esplanade and Gates of Guildwood.

Funny I've always thought of the Gates of Guildwood as being pretty bland (design wise).

The terracing on the Gates and the sculptural minimalism make it an attractive building. It has that reserved look of many a 1980s Modern condo, but it has many great details.
