Hi folks.

Just wondering what a rated power is for such a beast. I know 600V, 6 axles. Is there a rated or spec'd power rating? I can't find anything relevant. Ultimately I'm looking for horsepower.

Cheers

I have no idea where the hell they are getting that from, because the specs on the label for each motor say that it is rated at 480Vac, 200A, 125kW @ 1775rpm.

Googling DKCBZ 0211-4TA leads to multiple sources that cite the 105 kW rating for equipment on other properties, but I defer to the guy who is known to occasionally climb under things to collect his own measurements ;-)

PS - This document seems to imply a range of power ratings may be available from the manufacturer - and it shows Toronto as 105 kW - page 9.

While I can appreciate that there may be a range of power that the motor is associated with, this is what the tag looks like on the side of the motor:

And in this case, I can't argue with it. Sales documents are helpful, but not as much so as the info as listed on the item.

Actually, the "6x" answered my curiosity about "single motor" vs "single motor per axle". Cheers
