I don't think he was very happy in Toronto. Something really seemed off by the end of last season.

Just more evidence the (not gonna say the name) were my least favourite team beginning then and remain in that spot now.
However, I DO know why they were not punished: it was a very crucial time for them and they needed to be at their full strength.
Then again, we were being too nice to them to let that happen (they were mocking us in a bad sense) considering we weren't doing that to them.
Sigh.

Osuna is dealing with anxiety and depression. That is why he wasn't used.

“I don’t really know how to explain it. I just feel anxious. I feel like I’m lost a little bit right now,” Osuna said. “This has nothing to do with me being on the field. I feel great out there. It’s just when I’m out of baseball. When I’m not on the field, I feel just weird and a little bit lost.”
Osuna says he began feeling this way “a couple days” ago and that he hasn’t suffered from anything similar in the past.
“I wish I knew how to get out of this,” Osuna said. “We’re working on it. We’re trying to find ways to see what can make me feel better. But, to be honest, I just don’t know.”

Biagini loses his 5th game in the last 6 starts, as the Jays drop another game to the Orioles. Although to be fair, there really wasn't much run support from the batters.
