I counted from our meeting room today and could only come up with 36 floors, must have been the angle.

I just counted up in your photos and got to 42, the same count as Caltrane (skipping 13). They're getting close! Should be topping out by late summer!

I believe they're there to allow the concrete floors/ceilings on those levels to cure.

Those are the levels that the workers are in. You'll notice the covered floors are the ones where the fireproofing and other internal work is done; it is to protect the workers from high winds and other unfriendly weather forces at those heights.
