That's a major oof. Isn't this within the West Queen West HCD? Facade retention/reconstruction should be an absolute must here.They're planning to replace this fire damaged building along Queen West with this new 3 storey building

So jealous.72 Roncesvalles. I like this as it indicates that the puzzling residential nature of the east side of Roncesvalles is changing to more mixed use. Again no luck on CofA site. Taken 24 October.
