Does any one have ideas on the price point for this project !? It seems like sheppard will get seriously dense with the three huge projects along that strech from Donmills to VP intersection.

Thanks Wang888 - I have seen quite a few ads on Kijiji mentioning the same price point. It would be interesting to see how the heck can they squeeze 1 BDR and a den in 545 sqft and still have living room in.
Prices seems to be on the higher side for this project for now. Lets see how quickly they can sell these

Nice find. Not a fan of these plans, as with all recent developments seems like they're trying to include too many rooms in a limited number of space. The finishings are nice though, but why include a nice granite counter with square edges only to use an above mount sink?
