The detox dates back to 1998, and has been run by the University Health Network at 892 Dundas St. W. in Trinity-Bellwoods. But UHN says its landlord has expressed interest in redeveloping and it was unable to resign a lease for when their current one expires on Nov. 30.

They wanted $17m for this 6 years ago. Not surprising it never vended...

Curious of what kind of density they can get here. Nero would typically be the benchmark, but this site isn't a corner lot. They'd still want at least 5 or 6 storeys to make it worthwhile though.
