A proposal for this bungalow at 65 Bristol Ave, a side street one block east of Dufferin, between Davenport and Geary to become what sounds like a fourplex multi-unit residential building:

To alter the existing one-storey detached dwelling by constructing: a 2½-storey addition above the existing dwelling whereas the partial fourth storey will be a loft; a rear fourth storey terrace. Furthermore, three secondary suites will be added.
It's currently the 1-storey above ground bungalow with a tree in front of it:
