Well, to be fair the weed stores are anything but gritty. Probably in better condition than what came before them. But let's face it- weed stinks.

A full building restoration is planned, as they look to lease it out for retail and office space. Although, it's currently unclear if the cannabis shop would be opening ahead of the restoration or after it.
