The developer put a lot of effort into building some distinctive with distinctive details, and the result will probably stand out as strongly modern for many years to come. It's hard not to respect an effort with so much investment in final architectural details, from the metal 'railings' to the unique entrance canopies, and what look like premium frosted glass privacy walls. However, the metal 'railings' should have been simplified for a cleaner look. They look fussy and detract from the sleekness of the design, especially given the fact that they don't seem to have any purpose. The facade facing the street seems to be an uninteresting side view, which is also an issue. The brown cladding is a missed opportunity for contrast. The suspended air conditioners don't look good, either. Even resting them on a ledge would look cleaner and more organized.
