Pretty sure this is just a new detached home.
I used to live essentially across the street from this,
the old walk up here was advertised for sale for years with plans for a new detached to replace it. I don’t think zoning would support much more here. It’ll probably be some ridiculously extravagant property by the looks of it though.

Loving the brick detailing. I actually wish there were more threads tracking some of the more substantial neighbourhood interventions, it's interesting to keep track of the various standards that evolve
