Actually still not going,... just being gutted,... for restaurant, office, retail,.... with a 2-3 storey terrace & patio addition on top.

Speaking of guts,.... the Japanese cheesecake at that CheeseGarden is oh soooo good,...

BTW, that Firestone Tire shop (& mechanic) is now M.T. TireCraft near Yonge & 16th in RichmondHill - Mike the owner is an honest mechanic.

Getting really tired of all the mainland China noodle places opening up in the area.

I agree, but they all seem to do well; On the other hand, none chinese / korean / ... places don't seem to do that well overall, so ... effectively they're just serving market demand

Almost done. Restaurant opened on Saturday. Note the lines. Free food will do that.
