Taken yesterday:

I saw a lot of homes done up for Halloween, but the "Danger - Do Not Enter" sign on the dilapidated semis next door (I assume also owned by Percy Ellis)was creepier than any decoration:

It's too bad there's so much wasted space at the front here. I guess it's for parking? Probably would have benefitted more by having some decent back yard space.

Yeah agreed. Although, this is still a multi-unit residential building, the structural format doesn't quite make the best of the space available. IMO, the lawn doesn't add that much value either. Ideally, I would've brought the building closer to the sidewalk and added a third floor (above ground) up top.
