IIRC the 401 collector/express continuation project does not include any new ramps from the 410 to the 401. Which is why I brought it up.

Yes, the collector/express project is not explicitly linked to completing the interchange, but I would say that it is an integral step forward to its eventual completion. That is my prediction. Having the express/collectors setup in place first would make it much easier to add the required ramps.
