This is the project I've mentioned in the IPort thread. Building A (315 Allendale) and B (325 Allendale) are completed (or awfully close) with Building C under construction.
The developer for these 3 buildings is Fengate, in total it's just under 900,000 sqft of space between the 3 buildings. Building A is about 220,000 sqft, Building B is about 245,000 sqft. With building C making up the balance of about 430,000 sqft.
They were paving around Building A and B in late November, I don't recall if it was base coat or top coat but GIP was paving it the day before winter hit KWC. Building C was having footings and site servicing completed for most of the fall.
