The thing is, if they actually used decent materials this project would at least have some potential. But as we know, Concord could care less and they aspire to go as cheap as possible with every single aspect of one of their projects. Dont expect anything decent to be built here, this will be Concord's usual garbage.

I see Concord has gone ahead and ripped off Hullmark's podium design from the Hullmark Centre. Too bad Concord wont be able to execute with proper materials so this will end up looking like hot garbage.
