This one is being resurrected from the dead Avendale plan
Goes to Committee of Adjustment on May 17.
To alter the redevelopment plan approved under Site-Specific By-law 888-2011 (OMB) and construct a new 20-storey residential building by increasing the permitted residential gross floor area, the number of dwelling units, and by making alterations to balcony projections and the building envelope.
