ADI has another development in the works in north Burlington

http://www.burlington.ca/en/services-for-you/4853-Thomas-Alton-Boulevard.asp

The purpose of these applications is to permit a 691 unit residential development consisting of 12 back-to-back townhouse units, 21 (traditional) townhouse units, 160 stacked townhouse units, and 498 apartment units in two (2) 19 storey apartment towers connected by a 5 storey podium (at grade)

Just a block or 2 south of the 407.

This was also advertised on their site today. So, I'm going to say that is probably the name.

Would like to eventually see what the final proposals for these two towers would look like as well as the Townhouses that will surround the site.

Construction is officially underway at Realm condos in Burlington
Despite gathering restrictions in place, nothing was going to stop us from celebrating the milestone launch of construction at Realm in Burlington. ADI Developments welcomed a small group of staff, trades and Burlington Councilor Angelo Bentivegna to 4853 Thomas Alton Boulevard this morning. Those in attendance gathered, safely distanced, to celebrate breaking ground at our latest project, less than eight months from the official sales launch.

The Realm groundbreaking was the culmination of combined efforts. “This success is a result of the entire team, and we sincerely thank everybody - our staff, trades, and city representatives for their monumental efforts”, says Tariq Adi, CEO of ADI Development Group Inc. “We’re invested in Burlington in a major way, and we’re excited to bring over 600 new homes to the Alton Village community.”

Burlington Councilor Angelo Bentivegna was also able to join us in celebrating this momentous occasion. “Previously there weren’t many housing-type options here in Alton Village”, says Bentivegna. “I’ve seen this area grow over the past 20 years; from single family homes to semis and townhomes, we now have high-rise and mid-rise condominiums. It really provides choice for anyone wanting to live here.”

The Councilor added, “Building projects like this also brings jobs and increased economic activity to the local area, and with the impacts of COVID, we need that now more than ever.”

This groundbreaking ceremony is special. It is part of ADI’s largest overall project to date, with all 401 suites sold within the high-rise towers, and another 179 mid-rise suites and 21 townhomes making up a portion of the community planned for sales launch later this year.

At the end of the day, today was a gathering of support for the work that is to come at ADI Developments. Alongside our partners, in the community and in government, our staff, and our trades, we are thankful for the opportunity to be part of the Burlington community.

Adi Development Group has received from the The Home Construction Regulatory Authority (a regulatory entity that oversees the development industry)‚ a Notice of Proposal to revoke its licence. This would be one of six sites that presumably will be/has been shut down sales-wise and will eventually be sold off if the license is ultimately revoked. Adi has appealed. There's a well-written story here about it all, and about the appeal here.

It seems (as of now, october 5th) they're going to allow the completion of their projects which are currently under construction, but all their other projects are up in the air for now

I put my money down in 2021 and there has been an information vacuum ever since. Does anyone know what is happening with this project? Does anyone know who to contact for information?
