New 4 storey project on the north side of Finch between Bathurst and Yonge. 10 retail units on gound floor. 17 offices on second floor and 25 apartments on 3rd and 4th floors. The first hint of something urban on this strip of Finch.

One of the better suburban infill projects I've seen in a while. Great addition to Finch West.

I drive by there every night coming back from work. I think it's sad they went with the red brick exterior. Reminds me of early 90s single detached homes. The photos above actually look decent, compared to the building in real life (does not have the green awning or yellow exterior anymore). I do not like this project at all and I think those commercial spaces will be left empty for a very long time. There is nothing but single houses there. It's too far from Yonge to walk there. I don't see enough foot traffic there, and for 10 retail units? Good luck

I would certainly have no problem with projects like this extending the entire length of Finch from Bathurst to Yonge.

I would love these projects extending Yonge-Bathurst, I drive by this building almost daily. I was originally worried about the colors in the rendering but how it came out isn't attractive either. I hope with all the land assemblies acquired here, I would like to see another project start to market.
