There's a lot of technical detail in his prognostication, which is just that............but what it comes down to is this a 50 state contest, not a national popular vote contest, and his reading is that Pennsylvania will go Trump.

If the Republicans honestly believed in the stance SCOTUS took, their presidential position should be no position at all. The point of the SCOTUS ruling was abortion was not a federal matter and legislation should be returned to the individual state.

Trouble is, Trump has also flip flopped on many issues. Harris is a former prosecutor and very adept at going on the attack.
