I did not know that, but that makes more sense.
From the look of the zoning application, the new Spaces location will have a private rooftop patio (possibly with a limited view of downtown from the west end of the roof).

Ongoing work on the west portion of the podium. Noticeable progress on the corner restaurant but it's technically still unfinished:

There's still paper coverings on the corner windows but Buca is open and operating now. There's signage indicating for food delivery services to pick up from the side entrance.

So much better that what they're doing with 1 St Clair E. I don't love the RBC part, but the restaurant/retail portion looks great. Actually compliments what's already there (unlike 1 St Clair E).
