There has been a lot of movement on the corner and rumour is that the building was bought from SDM. I briefly spoke to someone I assumed was the new owner who said he was looking for tenants to lease the first floor. Can anyone confirm ?

Think they got mixed up on their addresses for the assembly here........ 110 Via Italia is across the road road from the rest of this site. That's not workable! LOL

There's been some recent ongoing work on the corner retail unit lately. Appears like for a possible cafe or eatery.
