If they're indeed just renovating the existing building, I'm very interested to see what they do with the surface lot space -- it'd be a humongous patio as it is, and seems like a lot of site space to give up in winter.

Just imagine what a Blue Mountain-style winter patio could be like, though.
Bonfire pits, maybe an ice bar, potential is there for year-round usable space.

This reno is terrible. Looks completely cheap and any sense of luxury / fine dining that is supposed to come from Forno Cultura is completely obscured by the parking lot out front.

Simple things... why not do a nice landscaping in front if it. Only if a few healthy trees.

Parking is income-producing and some is probably mandated by the retail behind it. Not great, sure, but in a city which values car accommodation over excellent urbanism, this is the reality on the ground.

Yup nice enough interiors, but the place looks like a mess from the street. Its been an obvious target for tagging from day one and has the street presence of a drive-through Starbucks.
All that has been conveniently cropped out or omitted from Azure's photo set.
