This is a new entry on the Lobbyist Registry clearly tied to the upcoming presence of the Ontario Line.
Wright Strategies is lobbying on behalf of the local funeral centre noted above.
Now, what's curious here, to me, is that the Funeral Centre has an Overlea Blvd address. 100 Thorncliffe is off to the side and appears to be occupied by a Commercial Food Equipment company.
I'm unclear if Heritage owns this building..........or this is just the punchline for a really bad joke, LOL
Below I've used the aerial feature to highlight the Heritage Funeral site as it appears to a member of the public today:
The building with the red dot, which is not included in said site area is actually 100 Thorncliffe which is the listed address:
Hmmm, the name Heritage is on the Food Equipment Service Trucks:
No further comment on that. LOL

Suffice to say, I'm not clear if its only the 100 Thorncliffe parcel in play, or their entire complex. Which would be an enormous site.
The 'L' shape below would represent a 1.7ha/4.2 acre 'ish parcel.
