Parkinson Coach & Tours have submitted a pre-consultation with the City of Brampton proposing a mixed-use redevelopment of their vehicle depot at 10 Kennedy Road North. 2 concepts are presented: a 48-storey concept (356 condo units) and a 30-storey concept (317 condo units).

Needs to be consolidated with the adjacent 16 Kennedy Road North proposal so that a better urban plan results.

The Kennedy Road MTSA needs a full precinct plan given the level of intensity appropriate for the area. With it being the intersection of the future Queen Street BRT and future Kennedy Road Zum lines, the area can support a level of intensification on par with the actual downtown.
