Is this that horrible, overgrown lot that's been behind hoarding for about 20 years?
 
No, it is the white 2-storey commercial building on the other side of the street (Northwest corner of Bloor St W and Kennedy Park Road). It looks like the site has 150 ft of frontage on Bloor St W.
 
Yep been to Rawlicious & the Russian deli a few times--good for some things and if you're craving alternatives to mainstream Canadian food. Haven't been to Red Bean Espresso for some reason--I never really think of BWV as a coffee destination now that the Sweet Gallery is history. But will this project actually happen?
 
Shouldn't it have a similar look and materials used as The High Park phase 1? That looks really decent. You'd think they would have just carried it over.
