Condo owner here, estimated occupancy was november-december 2024 during agreement signing. I don't think it's on track for full completion by then. I am expecting a 'notice of delay of occupancy' in august

This bridge is going to be a popular shot for many skyline photos. The curves are gonna allow people to remain on the bridge while leaving room for people to walk over in my opinion

I dont think the TCHC building is getting any brick layers or even glass at the ground floor level. Even the brick facade in the condo/rentals building goes up to just the 5th/6th level according to the pictures on the investor site.

How does the brick facade compare to the white panels in terms of build quality up close?

Very jealous of these shots, I was hoping to get drone shots of this area bridge crossing last weekend when I was in town but didnt end up having time. Fine margins the go train one is better since the green pops more in this lighting/environment
