Is the side of the building on Woodbine going right to the sidewalk which is there now? If so, the aesthetics of the outside of the complex will be seriously compromised. Why? a. Because the sidewalk is much too narrow considering heavy pedestrian traffic. b. Cigarette butts have nowhere to go...
