just a note that these kinds of conceptual renderings envision almost all of the buildings in red, terracotta, green, bronze, etc. I see literally two buildings rendered in the typical blue glass.. god i wish these kinds of concept renders would establish the significance of requiring buildings...

whoever doesnt think the custom metal paneling looks good needs a rethink. such pronounced articulation, depth, patterning, density, and metallic variance. and clad on such a thoughtfully massed building. i think there could have been improvements in the shade/colour of metal used so it's not...

worthy to note, as i passed through yesterday, that more than half of the already open vendors have yet to have their framed, arched elevations built out and completed. so it looks a little unfinished down there. wondering how they will get through this construction and not affect operating vendors

bear in mind that the angles of the panels are going to alternate per floor, and the alternate angles are going to pick up different refractions of light on the metal. we're only seeing one level so far..

if you look up anything about danish terrace design philosophy, i think that voyeurism is exactly the point. helps foster community. something north american culture insular culture isnt really into. look up any residential building by BIG, 3XN, etc, they all do this

The simple fact that the balcony dividers are at a strong angle and opaque makes an enormous difference to how the building will be read.
