    worthy to note, as i passed through yesterday, that more than half of the already open vendors have yet to have their framed, arched elevations built out and completed. so it looks a little unfinished down there. wondering how they will get through this construction and not affect operating vendors

    bear in mind that the angles of the panels are going to alternate per floor, and the alternate angles are going to pick up different refractions of light on the metal. we're only seeing one level so far..

    Im aware of this, if you look at my far earlier post. and it still will be a new tenant, as Boxcar will not go into the old Beatrice space, but rather in the food hall itself. so the lease is new, unless they worked out some swap deal.
