    Toronto 54 Brownlow | 200.9m | 59s | The Benvenuto Group | Sweeny &Co

Looks absolutely awful. I guess it's refreshing that it's not an aspirational render for a change and they're just being transparent with their intentions of mediocrity?

We're alllllll with you. Apparently the plan is to be fashionably late and keep the suspense up while lurking these pages laughing at us.

    Toronto CIBC SQUARE | 241.39m | 50s | Hines | WilkinsonEyre

Great pic! One thing I had to point out though, is that except for a couple small details (like CIBC square), this could have been taken in 2008 🤔

    Toronto Pinnacle One Yonge | 345.5m | 105s | Pinnacle | Hariri Pontarini

Does anyone know approx how many floors are rising per week for the tower portion?

    Toronto Untitled Toronto | 121m | 37s | Reserve Properties | Arcadis

Love the glass on this building. Looks so clean.

    Toronto 110 Eglinton East | 236.55m | 58s | Madison Group | Rafael Viñoly

This just seems too big to happen for real. I'm for it though.

    Toronto 252 Church | 166.1m | 52s | CentreCourt | Arcadis

Any mixed feelings I may have melt away when I remember it's blocking the view of Social from the square.

    Toronto 567 Sheppard Avenue East | 178.84m | 55s | Tridel | BDP Quadrangle

I'm into drawing focus away from the NY towers.

Toronto The Charles at Church | 152.7m | 47s | Aspen Ridge | BDP Quadrangle

It's looking good... I'm surprised because I never really thought much about the renderings, but the execution is looking good to me so far!

    Toronto 8 Wellesley | Residences at Yonge | 182.15m | 55s | CentreCourt | Arcadis

Is it just me, or did this building go up abnormally fast? 🤔

    Toronto Peter and Adelaide | 152.39m | 47s | Graywood | BBB

Well, I'll admit this building didn't turn out as shitty as I expected. It's fine filler.

    Totally agree 🤝

Do the dome's lights change colour at all? I feel like it's always in blue. Would be cool if they reworked that for programmable colours and also somehow even out the lighting on the dome too. But to stay on topic, this guy stands out like a sore thumb (can kinda look like a thumb too if you...

    Vaughan 88 Steeles Avenue West | 185.55m | 58s | Sisley Honda | WZMH

Let's get the people making decisions in Vaughan to come work for Toronto. Don't care if this makes no sense. I still feel that way 😜

    Toronto Pinnacle One Yonge | 345.5m | 105s | Pinnacle | Hariri Pontarini

Or put a big ball on top like the Sapphire Tower by Harry Stinson lol... if you guys remember this thing. I remember actually wanting this built too 😂

    Toronto T3 Sterling Road | 52.52m | 11s | Hines | DLR

These timber buildings are just great. We need more in Toronto. Haven't seen one I didn't like yet.

    Toronto Pinnacle Lakeside | 158m | 49s | Pinnacle | Hariri Pontarini

Wait, what... sorry if this is a dumb question... Is this building actually being made now? I thought the project was dead somehow and kept ignoring this thread lol.

    Toronto Social at Church + Dundas | 164.89m | 52s | Pemberton | RAW Design

In terms of North American cities, I don't think Toronto's architecture is all that bad. Sure, there are awful projects (like this one), but even the cities with the best architecture have some value duds. I'm currently living in Los Angeles (thinking of coming back to TO soon) and it's not much...

    Toronto 467 Wellington West | 80.73m | 23s | SmartCentres | Turner Fleischer

Somehow this one slipped under my radar, but I'm liking it for the neighbourhood. What sense does the height issue make when you have the much taller Well right next door? Maybe I'm missing something. Sounds like the Well is getting special treatment somehow, but that's probably not the case.
