That’s on me for relying on Wikipedia for the height of the East tower (an opportunity for someone to correct a Wikipage if they’re interested)! I’m not a huge fan of how urbantoronto database only shows the height of the tallest building in a complex.

It's funny how NYC's setback laws shaped their skyline to have tiered buildings and our heritage laws led to us having buildings teetering on their tippy toes. I've alway enjoyed learning about laws affecting architectural forms.

I think even for a pop up that's extremely rough. The SHEIN pop-up at least had fixtures from Banana Republic. Pretty sure The Collectors Vault in the photos is also temporary.

Build wide steps around that entire basin (like Chicago Riverwalk) and line that square with restaurants and patios! In the summer setup large projection screen at the south end and people can sit or float and watch movies together.

From the one dusk rendering we have, outside of the crown there won't be any other lighting. We also don't see much evidence in the construction photos except for maybe the lower corner balconies. Such a shame, we could really do with more architectural lighting in this city. Check out how...
