All that got completed is the Bay Concourse and some paths leading into it. Why is the estimated timeline for the South Concourse like 10 years, the Bay Concourse took about 6 years (turns out 3 times the initial estimate). I guess it includes the planning and approval processes.

Are there plans to renovate the other 3 teamways with the same type of ceiling and flooring, or was just this one renovated because it was part of the CIBC Square?

I guess the stairs on the west side of the East Front Street moat hasn't had any work done on it since March? I don't understand why they wouldn't finish the tile work on the little section on the York moat before starting to work on the Bay moat flooring. They always seem to leave little...

I guess a September completion of the major portions of the renovation seems realistic.

Thanks for the answer. If there's a pathway opened from the East Front Moat, doubting it's going to lead to Great Hall since that means it would need to go through the Leather shop bypass which appears to need a lot more work before it's ready.

Is the flooring inside the Bay retail level that connects to the TTC moat completed and covered with some sort of protection placed on top of it, or is the flooring work yet to start for that level?
