Looks like the sales center is going up in the corner unit of the Riverview Building C! Looks to be almost complete from the last few times I've driven by. Just waiting for signage to go up to see if it's actually for Times Group.

Just came across this floorplan on the downtown Markham retail page of what the retail space has been reduced to. There’s some renderings of what it should turn out like. Interesting that the largest space here is going to be used as an art gallery instead of a food hall like the renderings.

I think it might be either Nara Fine Thai Cuisine or Yang's Seafood. Both are listed as restaurants coming to this building on the downtown markham website. Hoping it's the Thai place!

Does anyone know which restaurant is opening in the corner of cineplex building next to the curry's? They look like they have most of their seating and lighting finished as of last week!

Looks like construction has started on Ruth's Chris Steakhouse, Cafe Demetre and some kind of watch or jewelry store on the street levels facing enterprise opposite to the theatre! I'm excited to see some more food/dessert options start to open up in the area.

Looks like the city has approved the construction of the additional 10 stories regardless of Buttonville's closure. They've started building the 22nd and 23rd floors this week!

They've constructed the model of Gallery Square! Really love the stairs and seating area they're adding to the entrance of the mall.

Yeah, it's pretty crazy! I was pretty shocked that they went by that quickly. The estimated occupancy date for this project is 2024. From the builder they are saying that they can't build this until York finishes in 2020. But they haven't met with the city yet to finalize plans for this...

Don't quote me on this, but I was told 305 of the 620 planned units were sold during Phase 1.

Yeah, it's pretty crazy. The sold all the units through a few platinum agents on the first day around two weeks ago. There weren't too many ads about it. The sales center hasn't even put up the model or completed the renovations on the model suite yet.

The price list is very close to being $610-$630 per square foot depending on the floor that your on. Unfortunately, Phase 1 has been sold out. Phase 2 will be launching in June with slightly higher pricing.

Looks like there's going to be at least a one year delay on the closing of Building A. Buttonville airport's closing has been delayed until October 2018 or later. Anyone know if it's possible to leave the top of a building unfinished but still have the lower floors occupied?

Those are going for around $899,999 depending on the floor.

The presentation centre is still under construction as of last weekend, but yes, it's still the same building.
