My understanding is that the Benetton and the Industry Hairdressing space behind it are going to be combined and then Kit & Ace will move in. Industry will be relocating and rebranding.
To further clarify, the "O" doesn't stand for anything in same sense that the "D" in "TD" does. It's really more aptly "BMo" as in Bank of Montreal. It's just been stylized in all caps form.
Walmart has been in Dufferin Mall for several years, so this wouldn't be its first forray into the old City of Toronto anyway. Having said that, I'm always saddened to hear about any Walmart expansion, anywhere.
Only partially. The main reason is that Vancouver has very strict guidelines regarding "view corridors". Basically, there are a bunch of places within the city from which you have to be able to see the North Shore mountains from ground level. This really restricts where developers are allowed...
