    Absolutely, their quality of finishing is inferior. Everything is lipstick, all about image but little for residents. They cut corners in every way possible and it is evident if you look closely. I shudder to think if they are continuing this standard of quality with their other projects...

    Any idea how CentreCourt is up to task of building Axis Condos, their work on Core Condos was substandard. What makes them think they are qualified?

    it does look odd with that concrete block on the top. Makes the building appear incomplete.

    If Patrick implies in last month interview they are sold out, why are they doing a sales Center on mutual ave? Something appears fishy or miscontrued, esp with the very little marketing activity and being unknown - no familiar developer. The project is intriguing but - yes overpriced.

    When I looked at it yesterday, facing Dalhouse it seemed like the color/tone changed from bottom to top. Either graduation of color (doubtful), or maybe trying out different tones?
