All towers facing south should have the same parapet topping like the office tower does. To create a visual image that would compliment the Roger stadium in front of them. Basically like the old rendering did this one doesn't which looks cheap in the photo up above!

Since this tower is going to be demolish. Will they create a new rendering of a different looking tower or keep the previous one?

Might as well leave the existing tower up if the curtain walls of the new tower are going to look cheap etc!

If the final development looks somewhat like the rendering. With the dark cladding and trim around the supposedly mirrored like windows etc. Then this building should look very nice from afar in my opinion!

If they build above grade for parking I think it's a little cheaper than digging downwards just to pour concrete basement floors to the grade again. And the parking is needed for most of the tourists that drive hear from all over North America to rent a room etc.
