I know we're still like three or four weeks from ground level but as 11yv has gotten closer to topping out this project depresses me more and more because the difference in the two will be very noticeable and this coming from somebody who very much thought that project wasn't going to turn out that well it's one of the nicer buildings that have been built this year and now it's going to get stuck with this in front of it

It will probably be at grade by Christmas time from the looks of it in the photos up above lol!Everyone had to know I couldn't resist this 11 Yorkville looks to be finishing off its mechanical level and we are still not at grade
