I never understood why there isn't a station between the exhibition and King/Bathurst also a Distillery district station in between Corktown and east Harbor would have been great too.
This is one of my favorite projects in Toronto in terms of architectural design. I feel like more developers should look in to creating and interesting building instead of just putting something up to keep up with the demand.
I think the Park might be too big for the area create like a pedestrian street for like cool shops like the Well, just create a lot of density we're almost getting 400,000 people a year now and we can't build suburbs that are like an hour away.
Toronto has the opportunity of creating another downtown and they should really take advantage of building more office space and make this another business node in the city.
I like the park in the proposal and towers look good and the heights are good too, but too bad the city of Toronto is going to destroy the look of the building and decrease its height
I know it's not a finished plan, but I don't like how small the towers look and midtown Toronto is new up and coming Urban Neighborhood. It would be a shame if they don't take advantage of the amazing location with a signature tall building line one Yonge.
