Interesting that the form included in my Tarion package that I received at my PDI has the form for agreements signed after July 1, 2008. Not saying it's the right form....just interesting...

Mine have all been certified I'm quite sure. My move date went from Oct. 26 to Nov. 1. I'm going to see about getting compensation for a 2nd day of moving-van rental as my belongings have to sit in it overnight.....which wouldn't have been necessary if I'd moved when originally scheduled.

The one moving occupancy to October 24? Yes, it was at the post office though as it required a signature. I haven't received the one moving my occupancy to October 30 yet, but expect it will be today at some point.

I guess that's a step in the right direction. Surely they can get them operational by end of week. :)

Are the elevators in yet? I'm supposed to be moving in this week and wondering if the elevators even managed to get installed. :) Not carrying a couch up stairs, haha.

I got a letter on Friday. Original move-in date was October 10 and now moved to October 15.

I purchased a condo at The King East and wondered if anyone else has received an updated occupancy date yet? The last one I have says I move in on March 15, 2012, but that obviously won't be happening. :) Even May looks a bit optimistic, haha.
