Blocked views Bauhaus will be in court for quite awhile and then would take years to complete even if it did go ahead...that's a long way off....lots of time to enjoy the view. Moreover, you could make the same arguement of any condo purchase...that maybe soon a new building will go up...

Wow The views from that West facing Penthouse's living room must be incredible ! Love the glass on all 3 sides of that unit....and love how the west facing wall looks 20 feet tall. As for earlier comments about the 7th floor concrete detailing over the balcony...I thinks it looks...

Looking Good... Noticed that the Terrace railing in now in on the 7th Floor, looks like black anodized aluminum...which matches the brick very nicely.

Black Brick The combination of charcoal grey bricks bordered with black grout is stunning ! This building ROCKS !!

This building is already looking very solid and impressive. There are large slabs of grey marble at the site. Wondering exactly where those will go since they weren't in the original exterior design.

Hey Neighbour... Well it's nice to see there are other tenants who blog here. And like you, I too have had a really great experience so far with the builders, Harhay Construction. No matter when your PH is ready, it's sure to be worth the wait. This building is gonna be stunning.

I wonder 2 things when I read these posts: Does anyone writing these posts actually own a condo at EAST because noone ever mentions being a purchaser ? And if you don't own a condo at EAST why would you even bother to post about the progress of the building...why would you even care ...

Move In Date It will be May 2009 for sure or very close to it. I watched the Rezen Condos go up from June of last year and now they're moving people in. The parking garage takes awhile but then it's usually 2 weeks per floor if everything goes as planned.

I bought a condo at EAST. There seems to be a lot of opinions on this thread, but little fact. The whole project was delayed a year due to a local resident action group that wanted to make changes in the design. It made it's way very slowly through the OMB and took a whole year to rule on...
