First world problems or is it just me? These pics just tell me Toronto is still top in North America if you combine the overall infrastructure to the pedestrian-friendly living. Even the Gardiner looks pretty well-kept next to what's going on in Montreal

The idea that architectural uniformity/consistency between buildings is better than a heavy diversity bears no weight in my mind. There's somewhat of a double standard when we appreciate a city's population for its diverse cultures and wealths, but then look up to uniformity & sectorization for...

The size of the units is obviously a non-issue. The demand is way too high for it to be a problem anytime soon. Plus the more people we cram downtown, the less space we are stealing from natural habitats around the country.

Wow, the actual glass is curved! Can't think of another condo in the city with even a single piece of curved glass.

Not sure if anyone has noticed, but it's basically topped out! They just need to pour the rooftop level, right?
