I went through my contract with my lawyer. You can rent your parking space to only tenants, however if you didn't the result is a warning from the building until you revoke your decision. It doesn't specify exactly what happens but my lawyer thinks that the money put in for parking should be...

Exciting times! I agree about the exposed concrete, brighter ceiling certainly makes the place looks bigger. Not to mention concrete dust which, from my experience, can never fully be avoided (at least not yet).

well 'taste' is very subjective. I personally really like exposed concrete because I like the mechanical, utilitarian, minimalistic look. But I understand not everyone shares that view.
